Introduction of other soft wares to Premiere Pro

With a lot of visual work in Premiere Pro, it is time to finish up with some digital editing that will be integrated into Premiere Pro. I have edited a newspaper template on Photoshop to contain fake news on an article that will work as visual aid for viewers to understand what is happening if they wish to. In addition, I have also used mock-up news articles websites to make fake news online with the help of "worldgreynews" a website that is free to use, and intended to be used for fun with no restrictions, policies, or criteria that prohibits my permission to integrate it to my film. Then I  integrate them on Power Point, and then on Premiere Pro. These news sources that were made online were integrated on Power Point, to adjust their size and background more, that way it would feel more natural. Finally, Power Point was also used to touch up the Photoshop article a bit more, and give it a realistic background.



Implementing on Premiere Pro

Once the news articles were finally complete, it was time to begin re-arranging everything. With everything set up for visuals and sound, all I had to do was find where everything should be re-arranged to according to my notes, and adjust everything.

I have carefully adjusted the time, sound effects, transitions, and avoided using the text feature (outside of the credits), until I finally had a backbone of what the film would look like. Then, it was time to re-watch the film, adjust more accordingly if I notice any errors or nitpicks that could be better.

After more days of adjusting, the film was finally on a good path to be completed and published to YouTube on the upcoming days.

Peer Review (Week 6)

  Peer Reviewing On a final edit, a week after I received thoughts regarding my film. I was told that I should look back into these details, which I will use to improvise on my film as much as I can. I was told things by my peers such as: - Time: I was told that it was too long, and the text was hard to keep up with, so I will also have to look into this. - How things are presented (lore/context/plot): it was difficult for viewers to fully grasp what was occurring, so I was told to revise this and try to make it more clear to understand. - Revision of events: the way the film plays. Instead of having simple scenes, I could have other things such as Newspaper Headlines or other films that don't have just me. Outside of this, I received positive reviews on things such as sound and music, but overall I feel like I did worse than better, I will be trying my best to address these points.

Working with Premiere Pro

  Premiere Pro has... been intriguing to work with. I have to say it is very intimidating at first, but I was able to quickly get the hang of it on my own which was surprising. We have had a couple of issues getting to class with our Premiere Pro assistant, so that indirectly harms me and the other remote learners who relied on outside help every now and then, that being said, it was not a major issue. Putting the clips together   Starting Premiere Pro with little to no knowledge almost feels like trying to blindly find something. That being said, it did not really take me longer than an hour to grasp how making a clip works, it was fun importing the different clips and learning how to mess with them to my liking until I felt what I had was long enough, but also short enough to clip out any unwanted scenes or parts of the videos.
